Compatibility

This version is backwards compatible with previous 2.2.x.x versions of the Netcetera 3DS Server.

• Application startup failure fixed, caused by unique constraint on the 3DS 1 timeout configuration id property for MS SQL.
• Introduce properties to control maximum outgoing connections for 3DS 2 requests.
